Punching metal is an excellent way to create high volumes of quality perforated metal products . It is created by way of a punch-and-die process.
Essentially, sheet metal is exposed to a punching tool made of extremely strong tungsten carbide. The metal is braced by a die on the other side, which keeps the sheet firmly in place for clean shearing. The die then catches the resulting slugs. The result is a sheet metal panel with clean sheared perforations made quickly and efficiently.
Stainless Steel Punched Metal is a common material for functional and decorative structures. Its resistance to corrosion and rust properties make it ideal for many applications, from outdoor decorations and sun shades to stairs and machinery, air diffusers for the HVAC market, acoustical panels for noise control, support for water filtration media, and architectural elements in building construction. These are just a few of the countless applications for Stainless Steel Punched Metal. 316L grade stainless steel punched metal are ideal for petroleum and other harsh chemical processing application to resist corrosion.
How to make a enquiry for stainless steel punched metal:
A drawing as above is preferred.
Specification: A 200mm x B 300mm x T 0.6mm
